Description
It is produced from pure Montepulciano grapes. It has a very intense ruby ​​red colour and the nose is reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and marasca cherries. Its character, the result of the terroir and ageing in wood in traditional large oak barrels, expresses personality and power while remaining firm and dynamic in the fusion of fruity pulp and spices. It has a robust and rounded body that is at the same time very smooth. The long and incisive finish is embellished with a gentle tannin. The main pairing is definitely red meat and game. It is a wine with great longevity.
